Some very nice data was presented looking at the combination, by Sandip Prasad, of the UGN-102 from the ATLAS and the ENVISION trial. It's the reverse thermal hydrogel technology of mitomycin C, the UGN-102. I was involved in the ATLAS study and Sandip did a very nice job of kind of combining some of the results of both ATLAS and ENVISION. That particular drug formulation is pending FDA review. So I think that that was a very nice and an interesting study to continue to review, and also see its potential for its use as an ablative strategy. Where you have low-grade intermediate-risk patients, that was a separate presentation And for patients that you may want to avoid TURBT, and look at this formulation, the UGN-102, as an ablative formulation, I think more and more we're gonna be seeing other early-phase studies that are looking at a blade of strategies.

Meaning, can we avoid unnecessary TURBTs? I realise that, you know, as urologists, we're trained to do that, but you know, sometimes if we can avoid the anaesthetic consideration, the repetitive biopsies, even sometimes there's supply chain and person power shortages, if an intravesical therapeutic can be given in the clinic, that's as good, maybe better, than repetitive TURBT, I think that's an interesting strategy for us all to be aware of.
